We always try to support clients the best way, meaning that we have a huge knowledge of things that could help the client organize their courses better but this is not always the case. Some clients might have different integrations with moodle, different ways that they enroll users, or even different operations (not having semesters, or have mandatory courses to finish before others etc.). So every case need different approach since it’s hard to change this after they start populating categories and courses.
Furthermore there are clients with many Integrations like repositories, Microsoft 365, LDAP, and or Student Information Systems that affect activities and repositories used, also enrollment and authentication methods.
